Sometimes there is a miss pick or even though an item looks fine when you get it, you come to find out something isn't right. You may reject all or part of any order at or prior to delivery. Anytime you aren't 100% happy, reach out to us to see how we can make it right.

Once you place an order it goes directly in queue for the next Zoomer to pickup and bring to you.
The whole idea of ProntoZoom is to bring you the little things in life. fast. We strive to get all orders to our customers in under 90 minutes. Unfortunately life happens, and things like weather and unusually high demand can cause us to miss our mark. If that happens, let us know and we'll do our best to make it up to you. :) If your order submission to delivery takes longer than 90 minutes please email our support team within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll refund your shipping fee.
Overnight, sometimes our Zoomers take breaks (naps -- long naps) and don't hear the beep. [oh no!]. If you're order ever takes longer than expected we'll auto-refund it or let you know additional options that may be available.
Because delivering the little things in life super fast isn't easy, we have a limited geographical area that we deliver to. Our thinking is we'd rather do a spectacular job for a smaller group than only be ok for a larger group. Are you outside our current delivery area? No worries, once we get things 100% we'll be adding more homes and businesses to our delivery area.
All orders come with a flat-rate $2.99 delivery fee.
